And now for something different!!!

"What's different about that "I hear you say. Well, the difference is, that it's in 1/48 scale, and that is quite a change for me. The reason for this change, (only temporary i might add), is the fact that i was so taken with the quality of the buildings, walls etc, that i purchased at the Allumwell War-gaming show, that i decided to incorporate them into a diorama. I've tried to set the scene as a temporary small country supply depot at the rear of a gasthof, (German pub), in the Saar Valley in spring 1944, where the troops are deciding whether to go and pick up what they were originally sent out for, namely, fuel and extra ammunition, or drop off for a bier.
What they couldn't know, was that within the next winter of 1945, one of the bloodiest battles of WWII, would decimate the towns and villages in this area. The Battle of the Bulge.

Anyway, hope you like the finished project. 1/48 scale mind you,!........................
